Vèrtex: leadership and resilience development

The Vèrtex program is a professional learning and development program led by Tandem Social, TecnoCampus and Mondragon Unibertsitatea. Its mission is to strengthen leadership across the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) by combining real-world sector experience with academic expertise. The programme serves as a meeting point where strategic management and social values come together to address today’s challenges of digitalisation and organisational change.

As the first free shared learning space of its kind, Vèrtex brings together specialised training, practical tools and networking opportunities to foster resilient leadership and advanced management within the Social and Solidarity Economy.

This project is part of Programme 1 (Business Capacity Building) under Order EMT/110/2025 of the Government of Catalonia.

This program is for you if…

  • You are a senior leader or executive in a cooperative, worker-owned company, foundation or association with economic activity, and you want to strengthen your organisation’s sustainability and lead change management processes.
  • You are a middle manager looking to develop your skills in team management, social marketing and the practical use of AI in your day-to-day work.
  • You work in a leadership or coordination role within a cooperative, third sector organisation or mutual society, and you want to build your leadership and advanced management skills to help your organisation grow.

What will you find?

The program combines a range of learning methods and formats to ensure a comprehensive, practical and immediately applicable learning experience:

  • Expert talks

What do participants say?

“The seminar has delivered a very high standard of teaching, with a highly practical approach that can be applied to the future of our organisations. The content of the sessions followed a clear thread that helped us build a strong marketing and commercial strategy. This does not always happen in similar training programmes; you often learn new things, but they may not always connect in a comprehensive way. I would also like to highlight that I was fortunate to be part of a wonderful group on a personal level, which also contributed to my very positive experience of the seminar.”

“It has been a truly eye-opening experience. Although I had previously taken several leadership courses, this programme exceeded my expectations and provided me with many valuable insights and, above all, practical tools that I can apply in my day-to-day work. The trainers are outstanding, both for their human qualities and their expertise. I believe this is a highly recommended programme for anyone holding positions of responsibility within the Social and Solidarity Economy.”
