The Aprèn a Créixer program is aimed at cooperatives looking to give new momentum to their activity, whether they are in a stage of growth or redefining their project. It offers two learning pathways to adapt to the needs of participating cooperatives.
Pathway 1: Cooperative growth and consolidation
This learning pathway supports cooperatives over a three-month period as they reflect on two possible challenges: redefining their project or moving towards growth and organisational maturity. The training programme within this pathway offers three types of activities.
On the one hand, participants will take part in practical and theoretical training sessions. In addition, the programme includes expert guidance, as well as spaces for cooperation and inspiration where they can share experiences and knowledge with organisations that have already gone through processes of project redefinition, growth or consolidation.
Pathway 2: Changing topics
Regarding the second pathway, the programme offers meeting spaces to share experiences and reflections around shared challenges within the cooperative movement.
The ultimate goal is to exchange experiences among cooperatives facing similar situations and invite leading organisations with expertise in addressing these challenges. Previous editions have explored topics such as human resources, industrial cooperatives, digitalisation, among others.
