Endolla’t is a training and support program specifically aimed at citizens to promote the creation and development of local energy communities.

Over a four-month period, this program provides participants with comprehensive training in the technical, economic, and legal aspects of the sector. The program equips core groups with the key tools needed to structure their projects professionally, minimizing the most common challenges that arise during the initial stages.

This program is for you if…

• You want to launch an Energy Community from scratch or consolidate a recently created one. Whether you only have the idea and a small core group, or you have already legally established yourselves as a cooperative and need to define the next steps to start operating.
• You are looking for structure, technical knowledge, and professional support for your project. You need to understand, from the ground up, green energy solutions, shared self-consumption models, governance design, and how to develop your own feasibility and financial plan.
• You want to acquire key skills for group management and facilitation. You understand that an energy community requires coordinating people, so you want to learn how to engage and support your core group, manage partnerships with public administrations (such as municipalities for rooftop access), and design community communication strategies.
• You want to connect with other projects across Catalonia and share common challenges. You want to exchange learnings, best practices, and create synergies with other citizen-led initiatives in Catalonia that are facing similar situations to yours.
• You are motivated to create social and environmental impact and contribute to a fair energy transition. You want to put people and the local territory at the center by promoting decarbonization, energy savings, and energy sovereignty among citizens in your municipality.

What will you find?

Throughout the program, participants follow a practical and participatory learning pathway that includes:

• Specialized training
  A comprehensive training program made up of theoretical and practical modules covering everything from business model conceptualization, governance, and energy services to financial planning and funding opportunities. The sessions are conveniently delivered online via Zoom, concluding with an in-person closing event.
• Mentoring and personalized support
  You will receive 5 hours of one-on-one mentoring per project, supported by a professional team and expert cooperatives specializing in the social, strategic, and energy transition engineering fields. You will leave the program with your project fully designed.
• Collaborative work and co-creation spaces
  4 hours of group exchange sessions specifically designed to connect with other participants, identify strengths and weaknesses, address questions collectively, and explore potential opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.
• Practical tools and resources with ongoing access
  Access to the Tandem Up virtual platform to watch recordings of training sessions, as well as the Som Comunitats network, where you will find complementary materials, practical guides, tutorials, and forums.
• An entrepreneurial community with local and regional impact
  An ideal space to build connections and engage directly with the energy community ecosystem across Catalonia, in order to collectively and effectively drive the energy transition from municipalities and citizens.
