More than 15 years ago, we decided to create Tandem, putting our energy, talent, and conviction at the service of building a fairer world for everyone. What began as the vision of a small committed group is today a solid organization with its own distinct character and a working model designed by, for and with people.

We are a team of 50+ experts working across diverse projects and sectors, learning every day to identify emerging needs and respond to them with a combination of strategy and our own methodology. We have already supported more than 400 organizations, consolidating our position as a benchmark in driving projects with real and lasting impact. Our horizon is still, and always will be, for every project to become a tool for social transformation.
