Job description
We are looking for someone to join our team in a permanent position, providing strategic consulting and support to purpose-driven organizations. The selected candidate will develop strategic plans and innovative business models, support and train entrepreneurs committed to social transformation and organizations in the Social and Solidarity Economy, and lead teams and projects.
What do we offer?
- Contract and hours: Full-time permanent contract (40 hours/week).
- Compensation: €29,000–€34,000 gross per year, plus variable compensation, depending on experience and knowledge of business models.
- Location: Barcelona (Sants), with a hybrid work model.

What do we expect from you?
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and thorough
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, and/or Social Sciences
- A master’s degree or postgraduate qualification related to business strategy will be a plus
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and office software in general
- 5–7 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in a consulting firm
- A high level of Catalan, Spanish, and English will be a plus
